My one to one session with Geet gave me complete confidence that Pilates was ‘right’ for me and she was going to be a great teacher and supporter. I can ‘feel’ my body more clearly - something I’ve always struggled to do. I know I’ve been working my muscles, including ones I didn’t know I had, but I haven’t hurt myself as I have before at different classes My flexibity and range of motion have already begun to improve, but it wouldn’t matter if they hadn't – everyone is accepted here for who they are and what they CAN do. That in itself is a great lesson for me. Geet is knowledgeable, observant, and encouraging and it’s a small class with a nice group of friendly people where we all ‘have a laugh’.
